Objective: To investigate Monkey’s Peripheral nerve IHC staining paterns of CIDP patients

Samples:

1. pan-neurofascin mAb (chicken) 1:50

3. 19202 1:20
4. s100 mAb (Schwann cells markers) (rabbit) 1:20
5. Neurofilament (rabbit) 1:200

Protocol:

• blocking: goat 5% 1h
• samples 1h
• Secondary Ab: 
  • 1 GAC 594 1/500
  • 2-3 GAH 488 1/400
  • 4-5 GAR 594 1/500

RESULTS:

1. pan-neurofascin mAb –> Nodes ++
2. 19201 –> NO CNTN1 pattern
3. 19202 –> Unspecific axonal stainning
4. s100 mAb –> myelin/schwann cells
5. Neurofilament –> axonal staining
