Protocol:
ICC CNTN1/Caspr1:
- Blocking solution: Goat serum diluted at 5% in PBS. (previous to freezing at -80ºC)
- Day of the experiment: blocking solution ULTRACRUZ BLOCKING REAGENT 1h RT
- Patient’s sera diluted 1/100 for IgG with goat serum 5% in PBS.
- Primary antibody: Ab 1336341 (Caspr) diluted 1/250
- Secondary antibodies:
- GAR594 (invitrogen) at 1/500 +
- MAH IgG 1, 2, 3 FICT OR MAH IgG 4 AF488 at 1/100
