Samples: CNTN1/Caspr1 positive patients: 17595, 16047, MRVM, 18859, Vieira, Piffort, Regine, negative control, CNTN1+ control. I did not test 19003 because we do not have serum left.

- Patients’ sera diluted 1:100 (rabbit serum 1:40 in PBS
- RAH 594 IgG diluted 1/1000
- Vectashield mounting medium
RESULTS:
18859 is positive as well as CNTN1+ control . The rest of the samples are negative and there is not a background.
