Objective: To detect antibodies against NF155, nodal neurofascins (NF140, NF186) and CNTN1 in CIDP patients from Hospital Universitari Vall d’Hebron.

Immunocytochemistry for CNTN1:
Blocking solution: Rabbit serum 1/40in PBS.
- Incubate for 1 hour patient’s sera diluted 1/100 in rabbit serum in PBS.
- Primary antibody: anti-CNTN1 diluted 1/1000.
- Secondary antibodies: RAG 488 + RAH 594 (1/1000)
- Vectashield mounting medium.
Immunocytochemistry for NF155/NF140/NF186:
Blocking solution: 5% goat serum in PBS.
- Patient’s sera diluted 1/100 in 5% goat serum in PBS.
- Primary antibody: anti-NF diluted 1/1000.
- Secondary antibodies: GAC488 + GAH 594 (1/1000).
- Vectashield mounting medium
Results (pendiente de repetir muestra 13): All samples were negative.
