Objective: To investigate Monkey’s Peripheral nerve IHC for IgG staining paterns of Guillain-Barré patients after SARS-CoV-2 infection with NCAM Ab, a colocalization with NCAM commercial mAb.
Samples: 21-2-0768, 21-2-0769, 21-2-0770, 21-2-0771, 21-2-0772, 21-2-0773, 21-2-0774, 21-2-0775, 21-2-0776.
IHQ protolocol:
- We used commercial slides from Inova (peripheral nerve)
- Blocking with Goat Serum 5% in PBS (blocking solution). Incubate 1 hour at RT in a humid chamber.
- Incubate 35ul of sample diluated 1/20 (IgG) in blocking solution 1h.
- Wash 2-3 times with PBS 1x.
- Incubate with anti-N-CAM commercial mAb (1/50) 1h.
- Wash 2-3 times with PBS 1x.
- Secondary Ab GAH monkey absorbed 488 and GAM594 (1/500) for 1h hour at RT.
- Wash 3 times with PBS 1x.
- Mount with Fluoromount mounting medium.
