FLOT1 ICC:

• HEKs 293 Cells Transfection: 10/10/2020 (normal transfection with lipofectamine and 8 ug DNA FLOT1)
• Blocking solution: Goat Serum 5 % in PBS.
• Patient’s sera diluted 1/10
• Primary antibody: FLOT1 (F1180 Sigma) diluted 1/100.
• Secondary antibodies: GAR 488 + GAH 594 IgG (1/1000)
• Vectashield mounting medium.

FLOT2 ICC:

• HEKs 293 Cells Transfection: 10/10/2020 (normal transfection with lipofectamine and 8 ug DNA FLOT2)
• Blocking solution: Goat Serum 5 % in PBS.
• Patient’s sera diluted 1/10
• Primary antibody: FLOT2 (F1805 Sigma) diluted 1/100.
• Secondary antibodies: GAR 488 + GAH 594 IgG (1/1000)
• Vectashield mounting medium.

FLOT1/2 ICC:

• HEKs 293 Cells Transfection: 10/10/2020 (transfected 08/10 in the afternoon, and collected 10/10 in the morning. 6 ug DNA FLOT1 + 3 ug DNA FLOT2)
• Blocking solution: Goat Serum 5 % in PBS.
• Patient’s sera diluted 1/10
• Primary antibody: FLOT1 (F1180 Sigma) diluted 1/100.
• Secondary antibodies: GAR 488 + GAH 594 IgG (1/1000)
• Vectashield mounting medium.
