Objective: To investigate Monkey’s Cerebellum and Cerebrum IH staining paterns of CIDP patient (Alcaraz Pons)
Samples: 20-017 (serum), 20-030 (LCR), 19186 (NF155+)

- 1 – 20-017 IgM 1/20
- 2 – 20-017 IgG 1/20
- 3 – 20-030 IgM 1/5
- 4 – 20-030 IgG 1/5
- 5 – 19181 IgG 1/20
We used commercial slides from Euroimmune (brain and peripheral nerve)
IHQ protolocol:
- Incubate with blocking solution (goat serum 5% in PBS) 1h
- Incubate 50 microl of sample (pre-absorbed or non-absorbed)
- Wash 3 times with PBS 1x.
- Secondary Ab GAH monkey absorbed (1/500) or GAH 488 IgM. 1 hour at RT.
- Wash 3 times with PBS 1x.
- Mount with Fluoromount mounting medium.
RESULTS:
1. cerebellum, 2.cerebellum, 3. cerebelum. 4.cerebelum
