Samples:

DRG NEURONS ICC
- Incubate with patient’s sera in a 24 wells plate: 1 hour 37ºC (prepare the dilution in the wells and then put one coverslip per well)
- For IgG: 2 µl of sera in 300 µl of NG medium
- For IgM: 7,5 µl of sera in 300 µl of NG medium
- Fix with PFA 4 % –> 10 min at room temperature
- Wash 1 time with PBS1x
- Incubate with secondary antibody (1 hour at RT) –> GAH 488 IgG/IgM 1:1000 diluted in Goat serum 5%
- Wash with PBS1x
- Mount with Vectashield
