SAMPLES:

- 24) Positive control MS 163 (non-transfected HEK cells absorbed)
- 25) Positive control MS 163 (FLOT1/2-transfected HEK cells absorbed)
PROCEDURE
- Patient’s sera diluted 1/10 in PBS-Tween 0,2% (LCR 1/5) –> add 30 microl to each reaction field in the reagent tray: place the biochip slides on them and incubate for 30 min at RT
- Rinse the biochips with a flush of PBS-Tween 0,2% and immerse them in a cuvette containing PBS-Tween 0,2% for 5 minutes.
- Add 25 microL of the fluorescein-labelled secondary antibody (kit) in each reaction field: place the biochip slides on them and incubate for 30 min at RT
- Rinse the biochips with a flush of PBS-Tween 0,2% and immerse them in a cuvette containing PBS-Tween 0,2% for 5 minutes.
- Mount with the mounting medium from the kit
RESULT
All the samples were negative, including the sample MS163 HEK-absorbed… Maybe because it was diluted at 1/100. Repeat immunoabsorption at 1/20!!
