Objective: To investigate Monkey’s Peripheral nerve IHC staining paterns of CIDP patients

Protocol:

• blocking: goat 5% 1h
• samples 1h 1/20
• Secondary Ab:  GAH 488 monkey absorbed 1/400

2. 19204 –> Paranodos ++
3. 19209 –> Paranodos ++
4. 19212 –> Axones, paranodos débiles?
5. 19216 –> Paranodos debil (+)
