Objective: To test CIDP patients for IgG positivity towards NF140 and 186.
Samples: 19-061, 19-163, 19-164, 19-165, 19-166, 19-167, 19-168, 19-169, 19-170, negative control, positive control (LAC).
ICC NF155:
- Transfection date: 2019.05.09
- Blocking solution: 5% goat serum in PBS.
- Patient’s sera diluted 1/100 for IgG with 5% goat serum in PBS.
- Primary antibody: AF3235 diluted 1/1000.
- Secondary antibodies: GAC488 + GAH 594 IgG (1/1000).
- Vectashield mounting medium.
RESULTS: All patients were negative except for patient 19-061, with a mild positivity for NF140 and NF186 (also + in NF155). We are going to perform an ELISA.
