Objective: To test CMT patients for IgM positivity towards NF186 and NF155.
Samples: For NF155: 58-84, negative control. For NF186: 107-116, negative control.
ICC NF155/NF186:
- Transfection date: 2019.05.09
- Blocking solution: 5% goat serum in PBS.
- Patient’s sera diluted 1/40 for IgM with 5% goat serum in PBS.
- Primary antibody: AF3235 diluted 1/1000.
- Secondary antibodies: GAC488 + GAH 594 IgM (1/1000).
- Vectashield mounting medium.
