Objectives: To test CIDP and CMT patients for IgG and IgM positivity towards CNTN1.
Samples: For IgG: 19-030 (CIDP), 82-88 (CMT), negative control, positive control. For IgM: 75-88 (CMT), negative control.
CNTN1 ICC:
- Blocking solution: Rabbit serum diluted 1/40 in PBS.
- Patient’s sera diluted 1/100 for IgG and 1/40 for IgM with rabbit serum diluted 1/40 in PBS.
- Primary antibody: AF904 diluted 1/1000.
- Secondary antibodies: RAG 488 + RAH 594 IgG or IgM (1/1000).
- Vectashield mounting medium.
RESULTS: All samples were negative.
