Objective: to test if the positive and negative controls from the kit (Euroimmun) work in our HEK-transfected cells.
FLOT1/2 ICC:
- HEKs 293 Cells Transfection: 11.12.18
- Blocking solution: Goat Serum 5 % in PBS.
- Positive and negative control’s sera undiluted (from the kit)
- Primary antibody: anti-FLOT1 (F1180 Sigma) diluted 1/100.
- Secondary antibodies: GAR 488 + GAH 594 IgG (1/1000)
- Vectashield mounting medium.
RESULT: the positive control from the kit has a positive staining with our transfected cells.
