20190111: Sensibility of ICC vs ELISA in detection of positive results in NF155+ CIDP patients

Objective: To test the sensibility of ICC vs ELISA in detecting the serum positivity in NF155+ CIDP patients. We are going to do the ICC of the samples and we are going to use the ELISA results from the experiment preformed on 28.12.2018.

Samples: 18-872, 18-874, 18-875; 18-882; 18-858, CTRL – 2, CTRL – 4.

NF155 ICC:

  • Transfection date: 2018.12.04
  • Blocking solution: 5% goat serum in PBS.
  • Patient’s sera diluted 1/100 for IgG with 5% goat serum in PBS. Make serial dilutions 1:3 of the samples in 5% goat serum.
  • Primary antibody: AF3235 diluted 1/1000.
  • Secondary antibodies: GAC488 + GAH 594 IgG Jackson (1/1000).
  • Vectashield mounting medium

RESULTS:

The sensibility did not vary between the techniques.

The results are represented here.
