OBJECTIVE: To test IgG positivity towards PLEXIN-D1 in NF155 IgG CIDP patients.
SAMLES:
- IVIg 1, 2, 3
- Control 1, 2
ICC:
- Non-transfeccted HEK 293 cells
- Blocking solution: Donkey serum 5% in PBS.
- Patient’s sera diluted 1/100
- Primary antibody anti-PLEXIN-D1 diluted 1/50 (ab28762, Goat polyclonal).
- Secondary antibodY: DAG488 (1/1000) + DAH 594 (1/1000)
- Vectashield mounting medium
RESULTS:
All samples were positive again, including healthy controls. Maybe we are seeing these results because de Ab anti-plexin-D1 is very concentrated.
