Objective: To test MS patients for IgG positivity towards FLOT1/FLOT2.
Samples: 123-143, CTRL – Ana
- Blocking solution: 5% goat serum in PBS
- Patient’s sera diluted 1/100 for IgG with goat serum 5% in PBS.
- Comercial anti-flotillin2 dilluted 1/200 (1h)
- Secondary antibody: GAR488 + GAH 594 IgG (diluted 1/1000)
- Vectashield mounting medium
We also test double transfection with biotinylated ab anti-flotillin 2 (following indications of post 20180912) http://s811335031.mialojamiento.es/lab/wp-admin/post.php?post=4436&action=edit)
RESULTS: All samples were negative. We are going to repeat sample 142 because there is an inespecific staining without colocalization.
