Objectives: To test if the sample 145 is positive towards ANO2.
Patients: 145 + negative control
ANO2 ICC:
- HEKs 293 Cells Transfection: 05.03.2018
- Blocking solution: Goat Serum diluted 5% in PBS.
- Patient’s sera diluted:
- 1/100 with 5 % Goat Serum: 145 and negative control
- 1/40 with 5 % Goat Serum: 145
- Secondary antibodies: GAH 594 IgG (1/1000)
- Vectashield mounting medium.
Results: positivo débil
