NF186 ICC:
- HEKs 293 Cells Transfection: 2018.01.16
- Blocking solution: 5% goat serum in PBS.
- Patient’s sera diluted 1/10 for IgM with 5% goat serum in PBS except sera 18-532 in sample 23, diluted 1/40.
- Primary antibody: AF3235 diluted 1/1000.
- Secondary antibodies: GAH 594 IgM (1/1000) + GAC 488 (1/1000).
- Vectashield mounting medium
Results: Samples 22 and 23 were positive (sera 18-532- stronger at dilution 1/10 than at dilution 1/40); the other samples were negative.
