Objectives

To test patients’ sera reactivity against CD9.

Methods

1. Defrost HEK cells transfected with CD9 vector and grown in coverslips from -80ºC with Goat5%
2. Dilute each sera 1/40
3. Incubate one coverslip per condition (one of each plate with mouse-anti-myc 1/200)
4. Wash 3 times with PBS
5. Incubate with secondary antibody (GAH488 or GAM488)
6. Wash 3 times with H2O
7. Mount with DAPI

Results & conclusions

There are positive cells in coverslips incubated with mouse-anti-myc antibody.

There aren’t any positive marks in coverslips incubated with patients’ sera.
