Objective

To test is patients have IgG against NaVb1.

Materials

Methods (Fina)

1. Defrost coverslips with goat 5%
2. Incubate coverslips with patients’ sera 1/40 1h
3. Wash three times with PBS
4. Incubate 1h with Rat-anti-Ha 1/2000
5. Wash 3 times with PBS
6. Incubate with secondary antibodies GARat488 or GAH594 1/500 1h
7. Wash three times with H2O
8. Mount with DAPI

Results & conclusions

All patients are clearly negative.

We need to repeat DJS because there aren’t any transfected cells.
