Objective

To test is patients have IgG against CD9.

Materials

see last ICC

Methods

1. Defrost coverslips with goat 5%
2. Incubate one coverslip with m-a-myc 1/200 and the rest of coverslips with patients’ sera 1/40 1h
3. Wash three times with PBS
4. Incubate with secondary antibodies GAM488 or GAH488 1/500 1h
5. Wash three times with H2O
6. Mount with DAPI

Results & conclusions

Coverslip incubated with myc is positive, therefore the cells are transfected. All patients’ sera are clearly negative.
