Muestras:  

1. 23-2-1327 Box 354 (suero)
2. 23-5-1328 Box 354 (LCR)
3. Cpos: 23-2-427
4. Cneg 23-2-1040

Protocolo: Monkey sciatic nerve slides (44685, Biosystems, Palex)

• Bloquear 30 min – 1h con Goat serum 5%
• Incubar 1h con 40 ul de suero diluído 1/10 o LCR diluído 1/2 en Goat serum 5% (4 ul suero + 36 ul goat 5%, 20ul LCR + 20ul goat 5%)
• 3 lavados con PBS1x
• Incubar 45min con 30-40 ul de Ac. secundarios : GAH monkey absorbed IgG 488 + GAH IgM 594 diluídos 1/500 en goat serum 5%
• 3 lavados con PBS1x
• Montar con fluoromount

Resultado:

1. 23-2-1327 Box 354 (suero): fibros IgM +++, cels Schwann amielínicas IgG +
2. 23-5-1328 Box 354 (LCR): negativo
3. Cpos: 23-2-427: mielina IgG + + +
4. Cneg 23-2-1040: negativo
