Objective: To investigate Monkey’s Peripheral nerve IHC for IgG staining paterns of CIDP serums from Hospital Universitari Vall d’Hebron with NF Ab, a colocalization with NF commercial mAb.
Samples: 21-2-0640; 21-2-0641; 21-2-0642; 21-2-0643; 21-2-0644; 21-2-0645; 21-2-0646; 21-2-0647; 21-2-0648; 21-2-0649; 21-2-0650; 21-2-0651; 21-2-0652; 21-2-0653; 21-2-0654; 21-2-0655; 21-2-0656; 21-2-0657; 21-2-0675
IHQ protolocol:
- We used commercial slides from Inova (peripheral nerve)
- Blocking with Goat Serum 5% in PBS (blocking solution). Incubate 1 hour at RT in a humid chamber.
- Incubate 35ul of sample diluated 1/20 (IgG) in blocking solution 1h.
- Wash 2-3 times with PBS 1x.
- Incubate with anti-NF commercial mAb (1/50) 1h.
- Wash 2-3 times with PBS 1x.
- Secondary Ab GAH monkey absorbed 488 (1/500) + GAM594 for 1h hour at RT.
- Wash 3 times with PBS 1x.
- Mount with Fluoromount mounting medium.
