Objective: to test reactivity agains CNTN1/Caspr1 transfected HEK cells in PREABSORBED SERUM from patients 17595 and MRVM 1:800 (immunoabsorptions 24-26 and 29-31/7/19)
Protocol:
CNTN1/Caspr1 transfected HEK cells :
- Blocking solution: goat 5% in PBS
- Patients’ PREABSORBED sera 1:800 in goat 5% 1h
- Ac anti-Caspr1 diluted 1/250 1h
- GAH 594 IgG and GAR 488 IgG diluted 1/1000 1h
- Vectashield mounting medium
RESULTS:
All pre-absorbed samples were positive. Only MRVM pre-absobed with CNTN1/Caspr1 was mild positive
