the rest of the patients’ sera were positive for CNTN1 / Caspr1 co-transfection and colocalized with the commercial CNTN1 antibody but not with Caspr1
samples from patients 17595, 16047, MRVM, 18859, Piffort and Regine were positive when Caspr1 was transfected alone but did not colocalize with the Caspr1 commercial antibody
