Objective: To study anti-CNTN1/Caspr1 Ab titers in CIDP patients
Samples: negative control, MRVM 2011, 17595
Protocol: ICC CNTN1+Caspr1 transfected HEK cells
- Blocking solution: Rabbit serum 1/40 in PBS
- Patient’s sera dilutions in rabbit serum 1/40 in PBS: 1/100, 1/200, 1/400, 1/800, 1/1600
- Primary antibody: AF904 diluted 1/1000
- Secondary antibodies: RAG 488 + RAH 594 (1/1000)
- Vectashield mounting medium
Results: samples are mild positive at 1/1600, more dilutions are needed
