Objective: To confirm positivity for IgG towards NF155 in 2 CIDP patients and a CMT patient.
Samples: 18-605, 18-860, 101, C-, C+ (LAC)
ICC NF155:
- Transfection date: 2019.05.01
- Blocking solution: 5% goat serum in PBS.
- Patient’s sera diluted 1/100 in 5% goat serum in PBS.
- Primary antibody: AF3235 diluted 1/1000.
- Secondary antibodies: GAC488 + GAH 594 IgM (1/1000).
- Vectashield mounting medium.
RESULTS: Sample 18-605 is clearly positive. Sample 18-860 and 101 don’t show a clear colocalization. We are going to perform ELISA and ICC with non-transfected cells with these two samples.
