20190521: ICC NF186 and NF140 IgG adn IgM in CMT patients

Objective: To test CMT patients for IgG or IgM positivity towards NF140 and NF186.

Samples: For NF140 IgG: 101, 113, negative control, positive control. For NF140 IgM: 106, 107, 108, negative control. For NF186 IgG: 57, negative control, positive control.

ICC NF140/186:

• Blocking solution: 5% goat serum in PBS.
• Patient’s sera diluted 1/100 for IgG with 5% goat serum in PBS.
• Primary antibody: AF3235 diluted 1/1000.
• Secondary antibodies: GAC488 + GAH 594 IgG (1/1000).
• Vectashield mounting medium.

RESULTS: All samples were negative.
