Objective: To test CMT patients for IgM positivity towards NF155 and NF140.
Samples: For NF155: 85-86, 109-116, negative control. For NF140: 83-86, 106-116, negative control.
ICC NF155/NF140
- Blocking solution: 5% goat serum in PBS.
- Patient’s sera diluted 1/100 for IgG with 5% goat serum in PBS.
- Primary antibody: AF3235 diluted 1/1000.
- Secondary antibodies: GAC488 + GAH 594 IgG or IgM (1/1000).
- Vectashield mounting medium.
RESULTS: All samples were negative.
