Objective: To test CIDP patients for IgG positivity towards NF155 or NF186.
Samples: For NF155: 19-033, 19-034, neg control, positive control (LAC). For NF186: 19-032, neg control, positive control.
ICC NF155/NF186:
- Blocking solution: 5% goat serum in PBS.
- Patient’s sera diluted 1/100 with 5% goat serum in PBS.
- Primary antibody: AF3235 diluted 1/1000.
- Secondary antibodies: GAC488 + GAH 594 IgM (1/1000).
- Vectashield mounting medium
RESULTS: All samples were negative.
