- HEK 293 Cell transfection: 22.01.2019
- Blocking solution: Goat serum 5% in PBS
- Patient’s sera diluted 1/100
- Primary antibody: ANO2 TA 316534 Origene diluted 1/500 in Goat 5%
- Secondary antibodies: GAR488 + GAH 594 Jackson diluted 1/1000
- Vectashield mounting medium
ICC ANO2 – CONDITION 2:
- HEK 293 Cell transfection: 22.01.2019
- Blocking solution: Goat serum 5% in PBS
- Patient’s sera diluted 1/100
- Secondary antibodies: GAH 594 Jackson diluted 1/1000
- Vectashield mounting medium
RESULTS: The sample 217 is positive with the primary antibody, but negative without it. We are going to repeat the experiment, with different serum and LCR.
