Objective: To test IgG towards ANO2 in LCR from MS patients and to check crossreactivity from the experiment done in 20190211.

ICC ANO2 – CONDITION 1:
- HEK 293 Cell transfection: 22.01.2019
- Blocking solution: Goat serum 5% in PBS
- Patient’s LCR diluted 1/10 for LCR and 1/100 for sera
- Primary antibody: ANO2 TA 316534 Origene diluted 1/1000 in Goat 5%
- Secondary antibodies: GAR488 + GAH 594 Jackson diluted 1/1000
- Vectashield mounting medium
ICC ANO2 – CONDITION 2:
- HEK 293 Cell transfection: 22.01.2019
- Blocking solution: Goat serum 5% in PBS
- Patient’s LCR diluted 1/10 for LCR and 1/100 for sera
- Secondary antibodies: GAH 594 Jackson diluted 1/1000
- Vectashield mounting medium
RESULTS: The positive sample without commercial is not positive… So we are going to repeat the test only with the positive control.
