Objective: To test IgG towards ANO2 in LCR in a patient positive for ANO2 in serum (217)
Samples: 328 (LCR) at 1/10 and 1/40 dilution; CTRL – 1 (serum), CTRL + (217 – serum).
ANO2 ICC:
- HEKs 293 Cells Transfection: 11.12.18
- Blocking solution: Goat Serum 5 % in PBS.
- Patient’s sera diluted 1/100, LCR diluted at 1/10 and 1/40.
- Primary antibody: ANO2 (TA316534 OriGene) diluted 1/500.
- Secondary antibodies: GAR 488 + GAH 594 IgG (1/1000)
- Vectashield mounting medium.
RESULTS: CSF sample were positive at 1/10 and at 1/40 dilution.
