Protocol: NOVA Lite Monkey Cerebellum/Cerebrum and mouse stomach (504225-Inova)

• Samples diluted in PBS. 30 min at RT
• Wash 3 times with PBS.
• Secondary Ab FITC IgG Conjugate Primate Absorbed  (undiluted). 30 min at RT 
  
• Wash 3 times with PBS.
• Mount with Fluoromount mounting medium.

RESULTS: the immunoabsorption worked well. There is staining in Purkinje cells in all the samples except in negative control and in samples NF155-absorbed. The second negative control (nº10) has a very inespecific staining.
