- 18-858 HEK-absorbed (undiluted)
- 18-858 NF155-absorbed (undiluted)

Protocol: NOVA Lite Monkey Cerebellum/Cerebrum and mouse stomach (504225-Inova)
- Samples diluted in PBS. 30 min at RT
- Wash 3 times with PBS.
- Secondary Ab FITC IgG Conjugate Primate Absorbed (undiluted). 30 min at RT
- Wash 3 times with PBS.
- Mount with Fluoromount mounting medium.
Result: in all the samples there is a staining in Purkinje cells (this staining is stronger in the sample 4). There are no differences between the serum absorpted with NF186 or with NF155. Maybe the immunoabsorption has not been sufficient to neutralize the NF155 titles.
Repeat the immunoabsorption but passing the cells through more wells.
