Objective: to test doble transfection of flotillin 1 and flotillin 2.
- Blocking solution: 5% goat serum in PBS
- Comercial anti-flotillin1 dilluted 1/50 (1h)
- Secondary antibody: GAR488 diluted 1/1000
- Biotinylated ab anti-flotillin 2 diluted 1/25 (1h) ***
- We biotinylated 40microl of comercial anti-flotillin2 using the Kit Ez-link biotinylation (20180910)
- Estreptavidina 594 1/400 (1h)
- Vectashield mounting medium
Results: FLOT1 and FLOT2 are well transfected. Biotinylated antibody colocalizes with comercial anti-flotillin2 (see photos bellow)
