Objectives: To test CIDP patients for IgG positivity towards CNTN1.
Samples: From 65 to 109.
Transfection: 9/8/18
CTN1 ICC:
- Blocking solution: Rabbit serum diluted 1/40 in PBS.
- Patient’s sera diluted 1/100 for IgG with rabbit serum 1/40.
- Primary antibody: AF904 diluted 1/1000.
- Secondary antibodies: RAG 488 + RAH 594 IgM (1/1000)
- Vectashield mounting medium.

- Sample 99 is positive for IgG towards CNTN1.
- Sample 122 has a doubtful staining (maybe it’s positive?)
- We are going to repeat CNTN1 ICC for samples 98, 100,110 and 122
