20180809: ICC NF155, NF186 and NF140 in CIDP patients from Holland

Objectives: To test CIDP patients for IgG positivity towards  NF140, NF186 and NF155.

NF140, NF155, NF186 ICC:

  • HEKs 293 Cells Transfection: 2018.08.07
  • Blocking solution: 5% goat serum in PBS.
  • Patient’s sera diluted 1/100 for IgG with 5% goat serum in PBS.
  • Primary antibody: AF3235 diluted 1/1000.
  • Secondary antibodies: For IgG: GAC 488 (1/1000) + GAH 594 IgG (1/1000)
  • Vectashield mounting medium.

RESULTS: Sample 115 is positive for IgG towards NF155, NF140 and NF186. Sample 83 is positive for IgG towards NF155. We are going to repeat NF140 ICC for samples 79, 80,85 and 109 at 1/40 dilution because they have a doubtful staining.
