Objectives: To test Mayo’s patients for IgG positivity towards MBP, ATP1A1 and ATP1A3.

MBP, ATP1A1, ATP1A3 ICC:
- HEKs 293 Cells Transfection for MBP: 2018.01.18
- HEKs 293 Cells transfection for ATP1A1, ATP1A3: 2018.07.13
- Blocking solution: 5% goat serum in PBS.
- Patient’s sera diluted 1/100 for IgG with 5% goat serum in PBS.
- Primary antibody: c-myc diluted 1/100.
- Secondary antibodies:
- For IgG: GAM 488 (1/1000) + GAH 594 IgG (1/1000)
- Vectashield mounting medium.
Results: The samples were negative. There is an inespecific staining in both samples for IgG towards MBP (without co-localization).
