Objectives: To test CIDP and CMT patients for IgM positivity towards CNTN1.

CNTN1 ICC:

  • HEKs 293 Cells Transfection: 15.02.2018
  • Blocking solution: Rabbit serum diluted 1/40 in PBS.
  • Patient’s sera diluted 1/10 for IgM with rabbit serum 1/40.
  • Primary antibody: AF904 diluted 1/1000.
  • Secondary antibodies: RAG 488 + RAH 594 IgM (1/1000)
  • Vectashield mounting medium.

Results: All samples were negative.

 

*We run out of serum 18-574 and we change serum 18-578 for serum of the same patient in seroteca 2009: 09-2464 (Box 76).
