MAG IHC:
- Comercial tissue sample Ref. 504210.
- Blocking solution: 5% goat serum in PBS.
- Patient’s sera diluted 1/10 for IgM with 5% goat serum in PBS.
- Primary antibody: 89780 diluted 1/100.
- Secondary antibodies: GAH 594 IgM (1/1000) + GAM 488 IgG (1/1000).
- Fluoprep mounting medium.
Results: Samples 1,2,3,4,5 and 6 were positive.
