Methods

1. Defrost transfected HEKs grown in coverslips with goat 5%
2. Dilute patients’ sera 1/40 in Goat5% an incubate one coverslip per patient 1h
3. Wash 3 times with PBS
4. Incubate 1h each coverslip with rat-anti-Ha 1/2000
5. Wash 3 times with PBS
6. Incubate 1h with secondary antibodies (GARat438 1/500 + GAH594 1/500)
7. Wash 3 times with PBS
8. Mount with Vectashield with DAPI (hard set)

Results & conclusions

All patients are clearly negative.
