Objective

To obtain more DNA for CNTN1-Human-mycDDK

 

Materials & Methods

see last maxi

  • Maxi CNTN-Human (Gisela)
  • Freezed cells (glicerol) RC214706

 

Results

We obtain 1.1ug/ul and 0.5ug/ul of DNA from pCMV6-CNTN1Human-mycDDK (Origene: RC214706).
