20150429 ICC Set up CD9 Ab

Objective

To test a new antibody against CD9 (ab92726)

Materials

• CD9 transfected HEKs
• Coverslips
• pCMV6-CD9-mycDDK
• CD9 Ab: ab92726
• myc Ab
• GAM594
• GAR488

Methods

• 1h each antibody
• 3xPBS between incubations
• 3xH2O before DAPI

Results & conclusions

1. We can see transfected cells
2. Almost all cells are hardly positive
3. We can see positive marks in almost all cells (but not membrane marks)
4. We can see transfected cells
5. In red we can see transfected cells as in nº1 and in green we can see the same as nº2

We need to improve it!
