Objective

To screen all patients with CIDP to know if they react against CD9 antigen.

• coverslips: after 48h in Goat 5% at 4ºC

Secondary antibodies: GAH-594 + GAM-488

Results

There is a lot of background in all patients’ sera. Coverslips 3&6 (CLG and ACB) seems to be weak positive.

Conclusions

We’ll repeat with all CIDP patients’ sera.
